The Team Business Manager (Team BM) is responsible for managing day-to-day operational, sales and administrative aspects in close collaboration with the Group Head (GH). This role includes supporting GH with daily requests, covering and/or supporting commercial and risk approvals and overseeing the team task management. The Team BM is also responsible for preparing relevant reports, presentations and supporting respective team and GH with regular updates and insights from the Bank/Region/Market level.YOUR CHALLENGEManages and supports regular operational, commercial and administrative tasks and requests within the teams’ scopeCoordinates and/or supports Bank’s strategic initiatives and projects, by closely collaborating with the Market Business Management teamSupports GH in their supervisory dutyFacilitates and participates in regular risk exchanges with GH & BRMPerforms approval and control tasks delegated by GH in accordance with internal guidelinesConducts and/or coordinates quantitative and qualitative analyses as a decision basis for team and individual RM client book planning, performance reviews, scorecards process and/or ad hoc requestsGathers team input and provides ideas to improve efficiency in processes and systems of the BankCommunicates relevant information from Bank/Region/Market level and derives actions for the respective team, including monitoring and follow-up on agreed actionsOrganizes and executes team meetings and communication, in close collaboration with GHManages systematic sales process with support from Regional Business Development and Group Head, and coordinates / follow-up on the sales tools usage within respective teamConducts budget planning and effective cost controlling of respective team (if applicable)YOUR PROFILEA true team player with highly proactive mindsetPlans, organizes, and carries out work autonomously and allocates work time independentlyHighly service oriented and passionate about client servicingAlways communicates in a competent and professional mannerOpen, approachable and displays genuine interest in people and in improving processesSystematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressureImpeccable personal integrity and ethical behaviorStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient user in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and ExcelWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
