Whether in ICUs, during emergency rescue transport or an MRI scan – our solutions cover a multitude of patient groups, applications and environments.How you can make a difference:Management ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Risk Management team, including staffing, task planning, and professional developmentEnsure that the team delivers high-quality risk analyses, takes well-founded decisions, and maintains consistent, audit-ready documentationEstablish working practices that enable transparent reasoning, realistic risk evaluation, and traceable documentationContribute to improving and digitalizing risk management processes, tools, and data structuresProfessional Leadership ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve the risk management process according to ISO 14971 across the entire product lifecycleConsolidate and assess risk-relevant inputs from R&D, Usablility, Clinical, Quality, and other functionsEnsure risk-control decisions are justified, traceable, and compliant with regulatory expectationsGuide project teams so that risk considerations are incorporated into design and lifecycle decisionsProvide training and foster a practical, responsible risk mindset across the organizationThat’s what you bring along:Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Sciences or related fieldSeveral years of experience in risk management for medical devicesSolid understanding of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 14971, ISO 13485, MDR, IEC 62304, IEC 62366-1, ISO 60601-1, ISO 10993-1/18562)Clear and reliable leadership skills with a structured, pragmatic working styleStrong analytical abilities and confident decision-makingVery good German and English skillsLearn more about career opportunities at Hamilton at .Do you share our values and feel at home in a cooperative and down-to-earth environment?
