  • Du bist verantwortlich für alle lohnrelevanten Themen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung
  • Die monatliche Lohnverarbeitung gehört zu deinen Kernaufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die Jahresabschlussarbeiten und pflegst Mitarbeiterdaten (Ein- und Austritte, Mutationen) im System
  • Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Spesen, Zulagen, Provisionen sowie Stundenlöhnen
  • Betreuung aller Sozialversicherungsangelegenheiten
  • Verwaltung von Absenzen und Langzeiterkrankungen sowie Verbuchung von Taggeldern
  • Erstellung von Reportings, Statistiken und Berechnungen für Boni oder Budgetprozesse
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Mitarbeit an Projekten im Fachbereich
Qualifikation
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position und bist mit den Herausforderungen bestens vertraut
  • Eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich HR oder Payroll ist von Vorteil
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Dank deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe und deinem ausgeprägten Zahlenflair meisterst du auch komplexe Aufgaben mühelos
