Dafür stehst du am Morgen auf: Eine führende Rolle in einem unserer Projektteams als Hauptverantwortlicher für die technische Beratung unserer Kunden: von der Konzeption, über die Umsetzung, bis hin zur erfolgreichen Einführung unserer Lösungen. Spannende Aufgaben im Bereich des Requirement Engineering sowie Consulting und die technische Umsetzung auf Basis modernster Microsoft Technologien. Ein gestandenes Projektteam, bestehend aus Projektleitern, Entwicklern und Engineers, mit welchem du im Enterprise Umfeld selbst anspruchsvollste Kundenanforderungen umsetzen kannst. Die Möglichkeit, im KMU Umfeld mit einem Junior Consultant an deiner Seite Projekte selbständig durchzuführen. Ein Team, das für die technischen Aspekte der modernen Zusammenarbeit brennt und bereit ist, für Exzellenz die Extrameile zu gehen. Wir wünschen uns von dir: Dass du ein Consultant mit Herz und Seele bist. Das bedeutet, dass du Kundenbedürfnisse rasch und genau erkennst, pragmatische Lösungsansätze aufzeigen kannst und diese effizient umzusetzen weisst. Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit der Einführung und Entwicklung von SharePoint, Teams und anderen Funktionen von Microsoft 365. Einen (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik. Eine stufengerechte Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden sowie eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität. Eine Passion für Technologie und Spass daran, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten. Du kommunizierst in ausgezeichnetem Deutsch und gutem Englisch. Pensum von 80% bis 100%, Hauptarbeitsort in Bern, Zürich oder Basel sowie flexible Reisebereitschaft in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz. Eine positive Risikobereitschaft und den Willen, die Extrameile zu gehen.
