Responsibilities:
Documentation and communication of lessons learned from production to all support functions Further development of standards and their instructions Accompaniment of machine commissioning Transfer to the series production of new start-ups Implementation of CIP measures Focus on quality improvement and cycle time optimization Ensuring compliance with best practice working methods across all shifts Initial instruction of team leaders Daily coordination with the support functions
Qualifications:
Training as an industrial foreman in metal or as a technician (f/m/d) At least 3 years of professional experience Knowledge of assembly processes as well as occupational safety and systematic problem solving Management responsibility Business management thinking, production management and understanding of quality Written and spoken German and English MS Office and SAP knowledge Working with MES systems-
