Your responsibilities

As a Sales Manager at IKEA Rothenburg, you will secure a consistent, seamless positive commercial customer experience through all our sales channels.

Contribute with your knowledge about our customers and their life at home to create, implement and follow up the local business plan for the market.

Maximize sales and sustain long-term profitability.

Co-design, plan, deliver and lead implementation of the commercial action plan for your store.

Secure competent and high-performing teams and leaders who inspire and empower every co-worker to understand their contribution.

Motivate and inspire your team to promote our range, services and knowledge of home furniture and to develop the business.

Be part of the Commercial Team in the market, contributing with your experience and strong knowledge in sales and our sales processes to find the best ways of working.

Our offline store closes at 7 pm Mon - Thur and Saturday at 5 pm, which allows you to enjoy a great work-life balance.
