We believe in empowering people to experience the outdoors to the fullest.And we believe in you.ABOUT THE MISSIONWeâre looking for a Digital Sales Director to lead our wholesale.com business across Europe, shaping how our Columbia and Sorel brands grow through our online partners.This is a senior leadership role overseeing a multimillion-euro portfolio of 30+ e-retail partners â from major accounts like Amazon, Zalando, and ASOS to fast-growing regional marketplaces.Leading a team of 10 (including 4 direct reports) located across Europe (HQ and countries), youâll be accountable for growing our digital wholesale turnover, and implementing a scalable marketplace model that supports sustainable growth.Beyond commercial delivery, youâll position your team as a Centre of Excellence (COE) for digital sales â sharing best practices, tools, and insights to support regional Sales and Marketing teams in driving omnichannel excellence.HOW YOUâLL MAKE THE DIFFERENCEDefine and deliver the European digital wholesale strategy for Columbia and Sorel, aligned with regional and global priorities.Lead, mentor, and elevate a multicultural team of Digital Sales Managers and Account Specialists across different markets.Manage partnerships with key online accounts, driving both turnover and margin growth through strong planning, forecasting, and execution.Develop and roll out a sustainable marketplace model that elevates our brand, enhances our digital footprint and customer reach.Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and DTC teams to optimize content, assortment, and sell-through performance.Track, analyze, and report on digital business performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.Act as a digital thought leader internally â influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in how we sell online.YOU AREA strategic digital sales leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for driving online growth across markets.A people developer â someone who leads by example, mentors others, and creates the conditions for teams to thrive.A collaborative influencer who knows how to navigate a matrixed, international organization, align stakeholders, and build trust at all levels.A forward-thinking builder, eager to shape how Columbia and Sorel engage with online partners and to leave a lasting impact on our digital footprint.Analytical and data-driven, using insights to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and make sound business decisions.Curious, adaptable, and resilient, able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-evolving digital landscape.YOU HAVE8â10 years of experience in digital sales or key account management, ideally within the apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industry.Proven experience managing top-tier digital accounts (Amazon, Zalando, ASOS, or equivalent) at a European or multi-market level.A track record of leading senior sales teams and driving transformation across multiple geographies.Hands-on knowledge of marketplace operations, digital marketing and merchandising, and the online retail ecosystem.Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around common goals.Fluency in English; any additional European language is an asset.Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.PERKS & BENEFITSđ Significant discounts on Columbia and Sorel productsđ Soft mobility policy (Geneva office only)đ©ââïž Health insurance allowance for employees in Switzerlandđ§ââïž Pilates and yoga classes on our premises, and running groups or sports activitiesđ Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learningđ A monthly Learning Hour for training, discovery and learningđ©âđ« Unlock your potential: access to in-house training courses (feedback, leadership, InsightsÂź...)đDEI initiatives to exchange and strengthen our involvement around these themesABOUT THE CULTUREAt Columbia Sportswear, we value an inclusive and open culture that emphasizes the absence of barriers between team members.
