- Eigenständige Führung der gesamten Finanzbuchhaltung und Payroll für mehrere Gesellschaften
- Erstellen von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Reporting
- Erstellen von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und Steuererklärungen
- Ansprechperson in den Themen Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuern, grenzüberschreitende Arbeitsverhältnisse inkl. Shadow-Payroll
- Weitere Administrative Tätigkeiten
- Fachausweis im Treuhand- oder Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder eidg. dipl. Treuhandexperte oder äquivalente Ausbildung (z. B. Bachelor in Betriebsökonomie mit Accounting Schwerpunkt)
- Mehrjährige Industrieerfahrung in der Buchhaltung, Payroll-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Fliessende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Abacus Kenntnisse und MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Teamfähig und aufgeschlossen gegenüber modernen Arbeitstechniken und digitalen Arbeitsabläufen
- Exakte, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
