Wir agieren als technische Berater für globale Player in der biopharmazeutischen Industrie als auch Start-Ups und KMUs in Mitteleuropa. Zur Erweiterung unseres "Manufacturing Science and Technology" (MS&T)-Teams in Visp, VS suchen wir engagierte Menschen, die mit uns Projekte in den folgenden Bereichen durchführen:

Prozess- und Technologietransfer in der pharmazeutischen Industrie Outsourcing von pharmazeutischen Prozessen zum CMO Prozess- und Reinigungsvalidierung sowie Prozesscharakterisierung Statistische Prozesskontrolle und Prozess-Life Cycle Management Vorbereitung auf Inspektionen durch die SwissMedic und FDA Unterstützung der biopharmazeutischen Produktionsorganisation und Qualitätssicherung

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

Projektbegleitung in bereichsübergreifenden und internationalen Projektteams Entwicklung und Optimierung von biopharmazeutischen Produktionsprozessen (Drug Substance & Drug Product) Strategieentwicklung und Verfassen von Studienplänen und -berichten Erstellung und Moderation von Risikoanalysen für Produktions- und Reinigungsprozesse GMP-konforme Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen, z.B. in der Produktion Kundenberatung in Bezug auf regulatorische Anforderungen Technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden im laufenden Betrieb, z.B. in der Qualitätssicherung oder Produktionsplanung

Das bringen Sie mit:

Ausbildung in den Bereichen Biotechnologie, Bioprozesstechnik, Pharmatechnologie Erfahrung in den folgenden Gebieten:MS&T/Validierung, Prozess- oder analytische Entwicklung, Produktion, QC, QAProjektmanagementKenntnis wesentlicher Richtlinien (EMA, FDA, ICH, HMG, AMBV etc.) Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kommunikatives Wesen, Teamplayer Proaktive Arbeitsweise Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten Reisebereitschaft (mind. 60%)
