JobdescriptionAbout the Role:We’re hiring Senior Requirements Engineers to support a global R&D initiative focused on harmonizing product range requirements across mechatronic products and multiple software platforms (mobile app, cloud, OS). You will consolidate complex requirements, resolve inconsistencies, and support a migration from Jira to Codebeamer.Key Responsibilities:Elicit, analyse, and consolidate stakeholder & system requirementsStructure and maintain requirements in Codebeamer (Codebeamer experience is a plus)Resolve unclear/conflicting requirements and drive clean-upCreate UML diagrams and modular/scalable requirement structuresCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support change impact assessmentsRequirements5–8 years of experience in system/stakeholder requirements engineeringStrong consulting mindset, analytical thinking, and independent work styleExperience with interdisciplinary stakeholder managementProficiency in UML and modular design of reusable functional blocks3–5 years generalist software engineering background + ALM/requirements toolsDegree from ETH/Technical University (software, mechatronics, engineering)English: Business fluent; German is a plusWhy ApplyHigh-impact role in a global harmonization projectWork across mechatronics, software, cloud & app platformsInternational R&D environment with strong autonomy
