Ihre Aufgaben1. Projektleitung und Umsetzung
  • Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Diagnostics Operations gemäß den Vorgaben des Senior Managements.
  • Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Dokumentation aller Projektphasen.
  • Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung, Einhaltung von Budgets und Zeitplänen.
2. Stakeholder-Management
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um Projektziele zu definieren und deren Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
  • Vermittlung zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Kooperation zu gewährleisten.
3. Teamführung und Zusammenarbeit
  • Führung und Motivation von funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams.
  • Aufgabenverteilung, Fortschrittskontrolle und Förderung eines kollaborativen Arbeitsumfelds.
4. Berichtswesen und Kommunikation
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Statusberichte zu Fortschritt, Budget und Risiken.
  • Präsentation der Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen an das Senior Management.

Qualifikationen
Ihr ProfilFachliche Kompetenzen
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projekt- und Programmmanagement (mindestens 5?10 Jahre).
  • Technisches Verständnis und operative Exzellenz in den Bereichen Diagnostics, Healthcare oder verwandten Feldern.
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu steuern und komplexe Prozesse effizient zu gestalten.
Ausbildung und Qualifikationen
  • Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2) von Vorteil.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Französisch und Deutsch sind ein Plus.
