Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in creating and optimizing operational manuals of a Commercial Building. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient and seamless operational processes by developing comprehensive manuals that guide teams through procedures, protocols, and best practices. As a Process Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.Responsibilities:Operational Manual Development:Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive operational manuals outlining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights for manual creation.Process Optimization:Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with teams across the organization to understand their processes and requirements.Provide guidance and support to ensure adherence to established procedures.Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of operational manuals.Conduct regular reviews and updates to reflect changes in processes or industry standards.Problem Solving:Address operational challenges by conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of process changes, updates, and improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Process Engineer with a focus on Commercial Buildings' operational manual development.Strong knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and safety standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Good knowledge of French and English written and spokenPreferred Skills:Advanced proficiency in process simulation and modelling tools.Experience with process automation and control systems.Project management skills for coordinating process improvement initiatives.If you are a dynamic and experienced Process Engineer looking to make a significant impact in a collaborative and innovative environment, we invite you to apply.
