This is a remote position.

Werde Teil eines innovativen Schweizer HR-Startups

Für unseren weiteren Wachstum suchen wir ein HR Administrationstalent, das die organisatorischen Abläufe unserer Recruitingdienstleistungen verantwortet. 

In einer ersten Phase ist es angedacht, dies in einem Teilzeitpensum nebenberuflich zu betreuen. Mit dem weiteren Wachstum besteht die Option das Pensum auszubauen und den Teamlead für die HR Administration zu übernehmen.

Verantwortungsbereich
  • Aufbereitung von Lebensläufen nachunserem Corporate Design und Prüfung weiterer Dokumente
  • Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen
  • Koordination von Interviews und internen Meetings
  • Datenmanagement innerhalb von Zoho Recruit
  • Weiterer Ausbau des Supportteams
  • Projektarbeit

Requirements
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der HR Administration
  • Erfahrung mit Zoho Recruit
  • Selbständige proaktive Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt
