In Ihrer Position als Quality Assurance Manager (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie das Team der projektbezogenen Qualitätssicherung, welches der Abteilung "Prozess-und Qualitätsmanagement" an unserem Standort in Zürich zugeordnet ist.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

Steuerung und Umsetzung der internen und externen Q-Auflagen in Projekten
Vertragsumsetzung und periodische Aufarbeitung im Qualitätssicherungsplan (QSP/QMP)
Erstellen und Überwachen von Massnahmen bei nicht konformen Produkten
Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für QS-Belange gegenüber dem Kunden
Optimierung und Vereinfachung von Prozessen und mitgeltenden Dokumenten
Monatliche Auswertung und Verfolgung definierter KPIs
Erstellung von Prozess- und Schulungsdokumenten
Vorbereitung und Leitung von Kundenabnahmen im In- und Ausland
Fachliche Anleitung in Projektteams zugewiesenen Linienmitarbeitern

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
Technischer Studienabschluss, wie z.B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung
Ausbildungen zum internen und externen Auditor sowie Lieferanten-Auditor sind ein Muss
Weiterbildung zum Quality Manager
Grundkenntnisse in SAP (QM, MM, SD, FI)
Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
Exakte Arbeitsweise und Zahlenaffinität
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Initiative und Leistungsbereitschaft
Ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen, gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
Bereitschaft zu Auslandsreisen (ca. 20%) sowie zur ständigen Weiterbildung
