Missions principales
  • Création de rapports : Concevoir, personnaliser et automatiser des rapports clairs et adaptés aux besoins des clients.
  • Gestion des données : Nettoyer, transformer et importer des données provenant de différentes sources, principalement issues de régies immobilières, à l’aide de scripts afin de garantir leur qualité et leur intégration dans le système d’analyse ou de reporting.
  • Design et visualisation : Présenter les données de manière visuellement intuitive et engageante pour les utilisateurs finaux.
  • Développement de fonctions spécifiques aux clients : Concevoir et implémenter des fonctionnalités ou solutions sur mesure pour répondre à des besoins particuliers identifiés chez les clients, en tenant compte de leurs contraintes spécifiques et des meilleures pratiques.
  • Documentation orientée utilisateur : Rédiger des documents clairs et précis permettant aux utilisateurs de comprendre comment utiliser le système et les différents rapports disponibles.
Profil recherché

Formation : Master en informatique, économie, ingénierie ou équivalent requis.

Langues :

  • Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).
  • Bon niveau d’anglais (communication professionnelle).
  • La connaissance de l’allemand est un atout.

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise intermédiaire de SQL requise.
  • Connaissances en modélisation de données, gestion des données et documentation.
  • Compréhension générale des concepts liés aux technologies de l’information (IT).
  • Expérience en programmation; la connaissance du langage Java est un atout.

Qualités personnelles :

  • Esprit analytique, logique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
  • Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail.
  • Intérêt pour l’informatique et envie d’apprendre de nouveaux outils et techniques.
  • Des bonnes compétences en communication et présentation sont un atout.
