Vos activités principales :

Vous serez en charge de :

• Analyser les solutions logicielles en termes de processus, de données et d’interfaces utilisateurs

• Eliciter les besoins des parties prenantes et les transformer en exigences métier et techniques

• Veiller dès la phase de conception à conserver ou à améliorer l’exploitabilité des solutions

• Créer ou mettre à jour la documentation existante

• Accompagner l’équipe de développement en apportant du support fonctionnel et métier

• Assurer la communication entre les spécialistes métier et l’équipe de développement

• Définir les objectifs de test, rédiger les cas de test et exécuter les tests techniques et fonctionnels.

• Gérer les incidents, veiller à la satisfaction client et à la qualité de service dans le respect des SLA

• Garantir le maintien de la qualité de fonctionnement et de la performance de la solution dans le SI

Compétences attendues :

• Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation universitaire ou d'une école supérieure en informatique

• Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de Product Owner Proxy, de Business Analyste ou de Gestionnaire d’Application

• Vous avez une expérience éprouvée dans le recueil, l’analyse, la documentation et la communication des besoins métier et techniques

• Vous maîtrisez la modélisation de processus (UML, BPMN) et de modèles (scénarios, diagrammes d’état, etc.)

• Vous maîtrisez la spécification des exigences métier et techniques sous forme de cas d’utilisation et de user stories

• Vous avez l’expérience des méthodologies agiles et traditionnelles

• Vous avez l’expérience d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies de test

• Vous avez une certification Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) ou SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

• Vous êtes familier avec les principes ITIL
