Für unseren Kunden Roche Diagnostics International AG mit Sitz in Rotkreuz suchen wir einen Logistics Operator (m/w/d).

Background:
Die Abteilung Site Logistics ist für die Annahme, Lagerung und Verteilung von indirekten Gütern am Standort zuständig. Dazu gehören allgemeine Verbrauchsgüter, als auch Gefahr- und Kühlgüter. Hinzu kommt die Abwicklung der Bereiche Post- und Sonderversand (National & International) wie auch die Verwaltung des Gaslagers und zentralen Kühllagers. Desweiteren führt sie alle Abfallströme (Allg. Abfälle & Sonderabfälle) am Standort zusammen und verarbeitet diese mit ausgewählten Partnern. Als kompetente Anlaufstelle ist die Abteilung Site Logistics immer auf der Suche nach neuen Servicemöglichkeiten, die allen Kunden am Standort zugutekommen.

Als Logistik Allrounder mit Faszination für moderne Logistiklösungen, erwartet Sie in der Rolle als Logistics Operator ein interessantes Arbeitsumfeld, in einem dynamischen & motivierten Team.

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in: hat ein abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Logistiker/in EFZ, mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktionslogistikumfeld, als auch Kenntnisse in der operativen Nutzung von Logistiksystemen wie automatisierter Lagertechnik und SAP. Weitere Voraussetzungen sind gute Deutsch und nach Möglichkeit Englischkenntnisse (B1). Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahr- und Kühlgut, wie auch gültiger ADR-Führerausweis, sind von Vorteil. Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeit im täglichen Verantwortungsbereich unter Berücksichtigung der vor- und nachgelagerten Schnittstellen, mit Fokus auf Qualität und Sicherheit, sind essenziell.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Annehmen und kontrollieren von Sendungen auf Anzahl Packstücke und sichtbare Schäden
• Kontrollieren der Lieferscheine (richtiges Material, Menge) und buchen des Wareneingangs
• Gegebenenfalls ausscheiden von Material für die Wareneingangskontrolle (WEP)
• Umpacken und beschriften von Material in definierte Behälter
• Kurierdienst - Verteilen von div. Materialien innerhalb des Gebäudes
• Einlagerung des Materials in den vorgegeben Lagerplatz
• Durchführen von Bestandskontrollen und der Inventur sowie verbuchen von allfälligen Differenzen
• Handling der Leer- und Umlaufgebinde sowie bereitstellen von Verpackungsmaterial für die Entsorgung

Must Haves:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker EFZ
• Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktionslogistik-Umfeld
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Staplerschein Kategorie R
• Führerausweis der Kategorie B
• SAP Kenntnisse
• Hep B-Impfung (kann auch von Roche angeboten werden)
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit internen Kunden und Lieferanten
• Erfahrung im Umgang von angrenzenden Schnittstellen
• Vernetztes Denken im Hinblick auf Prozessqualität unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorgaben, Compliance-Richtlinie und Branchenvorgaben

Nice to Have:
• Englischkenntnisse (B1)
• ADR Führerausweis
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahren- & Kühlgut
• MS Office Kenntnisse
• Erkennen von Problemen und teils selbstständige Erarbeitung und Implementierung von nachhaltigen Lösung, z.B. durch Anwendung von Lean-Methoden (KVPs)
• Basisausbildung im Bereich Lean, wie z.B White / Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma
