Responsabilités

  • Monter et assembler manuellement les différents ensembles, constituant le cœur horloge / étalon de fréquence
  • Produire selon le plan de production en environnement salle blanche
  • Effectuer les processus de nettoyage et de traitements thermiques des pièces et des ensembles montés ; utiliser les équipements nécessaires aux différents processus de fabrication
  • Prendre en charge une partie de l’inspection qualité des pièces mécaniques livrées par nos fournisseurs
  • Assurer la traçabilité des opérations
  • Rendre compte sur les aspects de fabricabilité, défauts constatés
  • Contribuer aux améliorations continues dans la ligne de production selon principes lean
  • Effectuer les tâches relatives aux mouvements de stock dans l’ERP
  • Soutenir occasionnellement le travail au stock et en logistique selon besoins

Profil recherché

  • Vous disposez d’un Certificat professionnel / Attestation Fédérale de capacité, ou équivalent, en production industrielle, techniques d’assemblage, ou micromécanique
  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience en tant qu’Opérateur/trice technique dans un environnement industriel de production en salle blanche
  • A l’aise avec l’utilisation d’un ERP (SAP) et compréhension des flux de matériel dans une ligne de production
  • Connaissance des techniques du vide – un avantage
  • Connaissance opérationnelle des outils IT standards
  • Volonté d’intégrer une équipe de production
  • Excellente qualité et précision dans les tâches, importance allouée aux détails
  • Prêt/e à apprendre de nouveaux processus via formation et acquisition de nouvelles compétences
  • Fort intérêt pour l’amélioration continue et la résolution de problèmes
  • Capable de lire et de communiquer en anglais au niveau A2

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Manually mount and assemble the various elements, constitutive of the clock core / frequency standard
  • Produce according to the production plan in a cleanroom environment
  • Run cleaning and thermal treatment on parts and assemblies; operate equipment related to the various manufacturing processes
  • Handle part of our quality incoming inspection of mechanical parts delivered by our suppliers
  • Ensure traceability of process steps
  • Provide feedback on aspects such as manufacturability and defects
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in our production line according to lean principles
  • Perform stock operations in ERP
  • Occasionally support work in stock area and in logistics as needed

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • You hold a Professional Certificate / “Attestation Fédérale de capacité”, or equivalent, with focus in industrial production, assembly techniques, or micromechanics
  • Ideally, you have an experience as Technical operator within an industrial manufacturing environment in a cleanroom
  • ERP (SAP) user efficiency, understanding of material flows in a production line
  • Vacuum technology – an advantage
  • Operational knowledge of standard IT tools
  • Willingness to integrate a production team
  • Excellent quality and accuracy for all tasks, show attention to details
  • Readiness to learn new processes via training and acquire new competencies
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement and problem solving
  • Able to read and communicate in English level A2
