Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify billing data, correcting any errors before invoicing.
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with customers or internal teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service) to ensure accurate billing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
  • One or two years of work experience in a similar position
  • Aviation experience and background (a plus)
  • Fluent in English (German or other language skills are a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility, very well organized and team player
