Your tasks

• Management and leadership of the global R&D organization consisting of product development, project management, manufacturing process development and test laboratory
• Development of a long-term R&D roadmap and setting the direction for product innovation and technology development
• Oversee the progress of all R&D projects, ensuring they meet market demands and customer needs
• Responsible for a R&D budget of CHF 7.5 million
• Monitor and analyze technology and market trends, identify and evaluate new business opportunities and innovation potential
• Lead and continuously develop the corporate innovation management process as a process owner

Your profile

• Proven leadership skills enriched with experiences in change management
• Innovative mindset paired with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Solid technical knowledge in fiber optics, mechanics and manufacturing technologies
• Distinct ?Can do mentality" and strong networking skills
• Fluent Communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to engage and stay on top of latest technology trends
