Joining us as a Logistics Buyer, you will: Take ownership of logistics and transportation procurement categories, ensuring continuity and quality in our supply chain. You’ll play a vital role in negotiating transportation contracts, optimizing procurement processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve cost savings and operational excellence.

Our new team member needs to:

  • Have a commercial or technical degree.
  • Bring at least 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation procurement. Experience in the Swiss market is a plus.
  • Be fluent in English (written and verbal). German needs be at least on B1 - conversational level.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Show dynamism, motivation, and a proactive approach to professional growth.
  • Possess project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
  • Have basic knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
  • Experience with SAP/R3 is a plus.

  • You excel at supplier negotiations and uncover cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

  • You efficiently manage procurement processes for logistics and transportation services, ensuring timely and accurate data in procurement systems.
  • You contribute to cross-functional projects, enhancing logistics workflows and supporting product launches and promotional activities.
