MISSION As an E-shop Specialist, you will oversee the management, support, and enhancement of our eCommerce ensuring seamless and efficient across markets. This role requires expertise in handling complex e-shop structures, and digital marketing while aligning with EMS s business goals. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES E-commerce Management:Oversee day-to-day of EMS s eCommerce ensuring stability, security, and scalability.Address technical issues promptly and with IT and development teams X new and complexities such as multiple currencies, languages, and shipping logistics.Compliance & comply with and are optimized for diverse markets.Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.Project Management:Manage e-shop projects to meet deadlines and budgets while aligning with business goals.Prepare and maintain of processes and provide regular performance reports.Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to colleagues to ensure effective use of eCommerce tools and processes. & PERSONAL SKILLS Bachelor s degree in eCommerce, Technology, or a field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce management or a similar experience managing and complex e-shop knowledge of eCommerce ( , Shopify, WooCommerce).Good understanding of SEO, SEM, X marketing with analytics and performance tracking and skills for managing complex eCommerce to detail and analytical mindset to optimize performance.Effective problem-solving abilities for addressing technical challenges.Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
