For an company working in the consumer goods sector we are looking for aSenior Finance Manager- Product Supply H/Fpermanent Finance Manager- Product Supply H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSIONMain Responsibilities:Supply Chain Financial Planning & Actuals ControllingAnalyse monthly COGS (Cost of Goods) and Inventory actuals in with the relevant parties (plants, PS,/Global Business Services Accounting). Pro-actively work with the parties to identify gaps, drivers behind the gaps. Propose solutions to address the gaps sustainably, structurally and in a timely the quarterly COGS forecast, including: Volume: understand and reconcile various sources of volume (production volume, trade sales, by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) reflecting business assumptions.Inventory forecast, ensuring consistency with trade sales and production understanding of business drivers behind each COGS bucket: plant variances, scrap, savings, transport costs, etc.Alignment with The company management (CFO and Chief Supply Officer)Supporting the 5 Year Plan process with PS inputsProposing and implementing continuous improvements to the forecast and actuals proofing processes, to make them X , efficient and Chain Financial AnalysisBe the Finance Business Partner for PSIn with Product Supply, identify, value and prioritize saving projects for all cost components freight, scrap, etc.). Utilise a broad set of analytical tools (benchmarking, loss analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis, etc.). Ensure all analysis is consistent, and timely. Contribute to Cost Savings Summits on an annual assessment of overall company COGS structure, both on a macro-level and down to BOM (Bill Of level for key annual price setting with ADSHSupport Purchasing for annual cost with key 3rd party suppliers and contract manufacturers.Support PS leadership with financial analysis for Supply Network Redesign and Business Continuity product costing for new product backup for cost/transfer price maintenance in SAP.StewardshipPerform X proofing and implement corrective actions.Oversight of COGS controls, in with The company Accounting and the Financial Controller.Support the internal Control Self Assessments (CSA) program X .Support and provide timely/quality input to the Audit Process mainly focusing on COGSPerform X reporting to parent companiesEnsure compliance with JV processes. Eg. STEAM, X , on additional roles/functions outside of their responsibilities as & Experience:Relevant university degree or equivalent.Relevant and extensive finance experience, with focus on Financial Planning, Controlling and Product Supply FinanceExperience with trade and manufacturing with manufacturing (in-house and/or contract manufacturing)Affinity with and good knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAP, PowerBI, KNIMECompetent in using all Microsoft tools, in particular MS X and internal controls skillsStrong analytical & problem-solving skills; to detail.Accountable for results. Able to work with limited guidance.Experience in dealing with significant complexity in a fast-paced environment. Effective priority management is personal and autonomy. Strong team player; proven abilities in cross-functional to influence.Curious, insightful. Can challenge quo and recommend/design/implement new processes.
