Für unseren Kunden in Rotkreuz suchen wir einen engagierten Business Process Manager, der globale Geschäftsprozesse optimiert, harmonisiert und weiterentwickelt.


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Implementierung und Abstimmung von Geschäftsprozessen und Anwendungen mit End-to-End Business Process Owners und anderen BPMs.
  • Bereitstellung ganzheitlicher Lösungen (Prozesse, Technologie und Analysen) und Sicherstellung eines globalen, state-of-the-art Prozessdesigns.
  • Überwachung der Prozesskonformität und Dokumentation von Prozessanforderungen durch Standards und Richtlinien.
  • Leitung und Management von kleineren Projekten, einschließlich Planung, Überwachung und Bereitstellung technischer Unterstützung.
  • Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung, Lösung von Problemen und Aufrechterhaltung der Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern.

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung sowie 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Procurement-Prozessmanagement.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Source-to-Pay-Prozessen, Geschäftsanwendungen (z. B. SAP MM) und Projektmanagement-Methoden.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit einer proaktiven und eigenständigen Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Sprachkompetenz in Englisch; weitere Sprachen (Deutsch, Spanisch) von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in globalen und interkulturellen Umfeldern sowie eine ausgeprägte Can-Do-Mentalität.
