We are seeking a talented HR Coordinator to join our client team on a 6-month contract. HR Coordinator - Temp for 6 months

Missions

  • HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR functions including employee lifecycle management (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding).
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide accurate and timely advice.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
  • Contract Administration: Assist with contract management, renewals, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Coordination: Facilitate HR events, training sessions, and team activities to enhance employee engagement.

Profil du candidat

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within international or multicultural environments.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
