Description du poste Change Management Production (m/f/x) Dans le cadre d’un mandat exclusif pour l’un de mes clients industriels de renom, je recherche actuellement un Change Management Production. Ce poste clé s’inscrit au sein d’un environnement technique exigeant et innovant, offrant des perspectives de développement dans une entreprise internationale et familiale, reconnue pour la qualité de ses produits et son ancrage en Suisse romande. Votre rôleVous serez le point de référence pour la gestion des modifications techniques, de leur initiation jusqu’à leur mise en production. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements afin de garantir une intégration fluide et conforme aux standards qualité et sécurité. Missions principales : Piloter les demandes de modifications techniques et coordonner les départements impactés Animer les réunions de validation technique et assurer le suivi des actions Gérer et intégrer les données dans l’ERP et les outils associés, avec un haut niveau de qualité et de traçabilité Planifier et introduire les modifications en production (rework, gestion des stocks, destruction, optimisation) Réaliser des analyses d’impact et formuler des recommandations (Make or Buy, réduction des coûts, standardisation) Contribuer aux activités liées aux prototypes moteurs et à la gestion des nomenclatures / composants Veiller au respect des normes HSE et qualité Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue Votre profil Formation technique (technicien/ne, ingénieur/e de production ou équivalent) Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire en milieu industriel, idéalement liée aux moteurs à combustion Méthodique, analytique et orienté solutions, avec une bonne résistance au stress À l’aise dans le travail en équipe et dans la communication inter-départements Maîtrise des ERP (Winchill requis), Microsoft Project ou outils équivalents Anglais et français courants Notre offreCette opportunité propose : Un environnement de travail moderne, dynamique et sécurisant Des conditions flexibles (horaires adaptables, home office partiel) Un restaurant d’entreprise et de nombreux avantages sociaux De réelles opportunités de formation et de développement
