Job DescriptionThe Project Manager (PM) position is within the company bluesign technologies AG, which belongs to the SGS Group. Bluesign is a global leader in sustainable textile production. We partner with brands, manufacturers, and chemical suppliers to reduce environmental impact and drive responsible practices across the textile value chain. By combining expertise in chemistry, manufacturing, and sustainability management systems, Company helps partners meet the highest standards for safety, environmental performance, and transparency. Join us and contribute to creating a sustainable future for the textile industry. The Project Manager plays a key role in bridging Business and IT. The PM delivers agreed outcomes from projects using appropriate management techniques, collaboration, leadership, and governance, establishing team structures and a collaborative working environment. He/she provides effective leadership to the project team, adopts appropriate project management methods and tools, manages the change control process and assesses and manages risks. He/she also prepares realistic plans and ensures that they are maintained and delivers regular and accurate communication to stakeholders. The PM ensures project and product quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure. Ensures that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets, and are formally accepted, by appropriate stakeholders. Monitors costs, times, quality, and resources used and acts where performance deviates from agreed tolerances. The PM will lead end-to-end project delivery, aligning business priorities with IT capabilities and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and stakeholders. You will: Serve as the main liaison between Business and IT, ensuring clear communication, mutual understanding, and shared ownership of project outcomes.
