In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Führung eines hochqualifizierten Teams und trägst maßgeblich zur Entwicklung und Optimierung der Azure Cloud-Strategie bei. Was dich erwartet: Gestaltungsspielraum: Entwickle und forme eine neue Azure Cloud Platform – von der Architektur bis zur Automatisierung. Technologische Innovation: Arbeite mit den neuesten Azure-Technologien und bringe Trends sowie Best Practices aktiv ein. Führungsverantwortung: Baue dein eigenes Team von Azure-Experten auf und entwickle es strategisch weiter. Hybrid Work: Flexible Arbeitsmodelle ermöglichen eine optimale Work-Life-Balance. Deine Aufgaben im Detail: Leitung und strategische Entwicklung des neuen Azure Cloud Platform-Teams im Bereich Infrastruktur Verantwortung für die Migration und Bereitstellung neuer Anwendungen auf Basis von Azure IaaS- und PaaS-Services Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur-Automatisierung mit Infrastructure as Code (IaC) und CI/CD-Pipelines Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Betriebs von Windows- und Linux-Systemen in der Cloud Beratung und Unterstützung interner Stakeholder bei der Umsetzung innovativer Cloud-Lösungen Das bringst du mit: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams im Cloud Computing-Bereich Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Azure IaaS, PaaS und Infrastructure as Code Starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren und zu entwickeln Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Architektur und Implementierung von Azure Cloud-Diensten Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Azure-Zertifizierungen (z.
