Wir suchen einen Accounting Advisory Specialist zur temporären Unterstützung im Bereich Rechnungswesen. Zu den Aufgaben gehören insbesondere: Quality Assurance: Sicherstellung der korrekten Freigabe von Kreditorenrechnungen in gängigen Workflow-Tools. Mailbox Management: Betreuung der digitalen Posteingänge für Rechnungen. Collections & Reminders: Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und Zahlungserinnerungen sowie Sicherstellung korrekter Zahlungen an Lieferanten. Supplier Data Management: Pflege und Aktualisierung der Stammdaten von Lieferanten. Process Improvement: Zusammenarbeit mit internen Power Usern zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Kreditorenprozesse und -systeme. Zusätzlich umfasst die Rolle: Operative Unterstützung in Accounting & Bookkeeping Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach Local GAAP/IFRS Unterstützung bei Bewertungen, Sonderprüfungen und Reviews 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen oder Accounting Advisory Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch (beide erforderlich) Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder gleichwertige höhere Fachausbildung Gute Kenntnisse in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Accounting-Prozessen Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Details Nice-to-Have: Erfahrung mit Tools wie Basware, Messerli oder vergleichbaren Workflow-Systemen Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung von Finance-Prozessen
