Client Our client is precision machinery company with presence in global markets. Location Eastern Switzerland Job description ·Reporting into the Head of Quality, the main tasks and responsibilities can be summarized as: ·Lead and develop the quality assurance team and be responsible for quality assurance across the entire production process, from product development to delivery. ·Ensure compliance with quality standards and norms and monitor their implementation. ·Implementation and optimization quality processes in the company. Moderation of quality workshops using systematic problem-solving processes. ·Internal and external audits and ensure documentation. Monitoring of quality data. ·Close collaboration with production and engineering to identify quality problems at an early stage and develop solutions. ·Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent professional education. ·Several years of professional experience working as quality assurance manager in a machinery company. ·At least a few years of experience in leading teams ·Fluent German is a must. Proficient English is a must. ·We are looking for a person with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent analytical and organisational skills. #LI-JA1
