Die Gelegenheit: Als Asset Life Cycle Strategy Manager trägst Du nachhaltig zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Standort- und Assetstrategien bei. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen: Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit den Manufacturing Units und den Supportfunktionen Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Asset Lifecycle-Strategien, um die langfristige Verfügbarkeit und Modernisierung von Produktionsanlagen sicherzustellen Steuerung der Asset-Roadmap (einschließlich Planung für End-of-Life-Zyklen) in Abstimmung mit der Netzwerkstrategie Transparenzschaffung über Anlagenbetrieb und Abstimmung der Informationsflüsse mit globalen Schnittstellen und Entscheidungen des Netzwerks Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Effizienz und digitaler Transformationsprozesse im Asset Lifecycle Management Verantwortung als Projektleiter oder Stakeholder strategisch wichtiger Projekte (Pharma, PT, BPE, Investitionsprojekte) innerhalb vorgegebener Zeit- und Budgetrahmen Wer Du bist: Du verfügst über mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der bio-/pharmazeutischen Industrie und insbesondere in der Matrix-Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams und hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Biowissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar (MBA oder ähnliche weiterführende Qualifikation von Vorteil). Des Weiteren: Hervorragendes Verständnis für Geschäfts- und Finanzprozesse sowie stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Geschäftsstrategien und Business Cases Erfolgsbilanz in der Führung in einer Matrixorganisation, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, verschiedene Stakeholder – auch auf Leitungsebene – zu verbinden und zu motivieren Lösungsorientiertes Mindset mit einer "Can-Do"-Einstellung sowie Innovationsgeist Solide Kenntnisse in Sicherheit, Qualitätssystemen und cGMP-Vorgaben Affinität zu agilen Arbeitsmethoden und Tools (z.
