About the role Our client, an online bank, is looking for an Operations Coordinator to come and help out the Head of Legal & Operations. You'll be working cross-functionally with awesome colleagues in other departments and be responsible for monitoring their day-to-day operations, analyzing operational data, establishing internal capabilities on technological tools, supporting their banking processes while coordinating ad-hoc operational measures to keep the business running.
Work tasks Manage daily banking and IT operations, including employee onboarding, to ensure smooth processes and tech support.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to analyze operational challenges and implement mitigation measures.
Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance processes, and integrate innovative IT tools.
Consolidate, analyze and visualize organizational data.
Ensure transparency within the organization.
Assist with operational financial planning, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks.
We are looking for years of experience in Operations or Project Management within the financial services industry
Knowledge of banking processes , payment systems or similar financial operations
English working language; French is an asset
Comfortable with IT
Experience with the Confluence/GIRA tool, an asset
Proactive, sociable and pragmatic attitude
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
