EAME T&W Utilities and Maintenance Manager- Your next role? As the EAME T&W Utilities and Maintenance Manager, you will be a change agent, this role is important to lead the transformation towards the best utilities and maintenance processes. Regional Utilities and Maintenance Manager will oversee a multi-site, multi-technology environment, driving optimum performance in utilities and maintenance to deliver value improvements and sustainability impacts. This includes ensuring availability, efficiency, safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness, according to our sustainability goals. You will directly report to the BP Engineering EAME F&B. Multiple location: Avignon (France), Naarden (Netherlands), Dübendorf (Switzerland) Your main responsibilities will include: Site OPS Governance with Global Support Manage Maturity assessment for Maintenance and Utilities (Sustainability Chapter) and associated recommendations Help deliver annual value case projects and opportunities Develop regional roadmap, aligned with global strategy and site/business requirements Support and follow-up with energy and water best practices, good maintenance practices, share insights with sites Provide site updates to pipeline project database and support annual utilities and maintenance budget process Provide training to site team in best practices and available solutions/tools, leverage CoE Academy Support the performance management of OEE Support and track Standard deployment (EHS, Quality, Sustainability…) Conduct internal and external benchmarks for Utilities and Maintenance Participate to the Strategy Deployment process for respective scope Sustainability Attend quarterly regional sustainable OPS meeting (w/Regional OPS heads, Sust, IM&S, Controlling) Support Sustainable Operations and Givaudan Sustainability goals Provide support during annual site KPI target validation process and measurement capabilities CO2 roadmap creation together with the global sustainability team Onsite support for initiatives Provide support to project managers on projects that impact utility and maintenance tools, systems and processes (new, existing upgrades) and contribute to digitalisation of operations Participation in site master plan process Support STMS, gap, CIMA, EHS, Quality and Utilities site assessments Support sites to develop Long Term Asset Replacement plan for utilities and maintenance Ad-hoc participation to complex problem-solving workshop (efficiency, debottlenecking, Recurring Quality issue, Crisis) Your successful profile includes: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent certification Fluent in English 10+ years in operations, maintenance, utilities systems, lean & TPM environment Solid knowledge of food and chemical processing industry Solid record in change management within diverse cultures and organizations, multidiscipline specialists (internal and external) Change management proficiency Certified Energy Manager or Certified Energy Auditor is beneficial Expertise in Project Management, PMP license is beneficial Proficiency in world class manufacturing concepts (LEAN, TPM, WCM) and utilities systems Knowledge in manufacturing processes Green Belt is beneficial Our benefits Attractive package with benefits Excellent opportunities for progressive learning and development A creative team environment that will inspire you Other local benefits based on where you are based At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.You work within an inspiring teamwork culture – where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions.Every essence of you enriches our world.Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners.Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world.
