Your tasks:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules according to company requirements
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions while following best practices
- Advise and support customers and internal teams in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow processes
- Conduct requirements analysis and create technical specifications in collaboration with business units
- Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and automate business processes
- Optimize workflows, integration, automation, and monitoring within the ServiceNow platform
- Create technical documentation, train users, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
- Ensure system stability, perform error analysis, and continuously optimize the ServiceNow platform
Your profile:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: ServiceNow Development, Architecture, Consulting, or Engineering
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow technologies such as Flow Designer, Scripting (JavaScript), Integration Hub, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps
- Profound experience with data model adaptions in ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture and design, as well as implementing best practices
- Knowledge of connecting ServiceNow to third-party systems via APIs and interfaces (REST, SOAP)
- Expertise in microservices architectures and data modeling
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a structured work approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with a customer-oriented mindset
- Very good knowledge of English is essential, knowledge of German or French is an advantage
