Tasks What You'll Do As our Sr. Performance Marketer, you're in the trenches from day one, executing high-impact multi-channel campaigns. Drive Acquisition Strategy & Channels (hands-on): Align acquisition and performance marketing initiatives with Gowago's business goals, ensuring measurable impact on key growth outcomes. Continuously test, refine, and scale campaigns to deliver measurable growth. Lead Data-Driven Analysis & Execution: Analyze full-funnel data (GA4, Amplitude, HubSpot) to identify conversion gaps, reduce waste, and turn insights into actions that maximize ROI across marketing and sales. Run Growth Experiments: Run agile tests to accelerate learnings and push each campaign to peak efficiency and impact. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the link between Sales, Product and the wider marketing team - sharing insights, surfacing opportunities, and ensuring execution supports company-wide initiatives. Be accountable for Results: Own key KPIs for the acquisition and report clearly on progress, learnings, and performance drivers. Stay ahead with Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and translate fresh ideas into practical, high-impact improvements through direct action. Requirements Who We're Looking For Battle-Tested Experience: You've managed six-figure ad budgets, built campaigns from scratch, and scaled them profitably. You understand not only how to run campaigns, but why they move the business forward. Data-Driven Thinker & Operator: You're comfortable diving into GA4, Amplitude, HubSpot to analyze funnels, spot gaps, and translate numbers into clear growth actions. Hands-On Performance Marketer: You're hands-on with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and have a strong grasp of SEO strategies. You're comfortable executing and optimizing directly. Independent Owner & Team Player: You excel at working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, taking clear ownership of budgets, KPIs, and results. At the same time, you thrive as a collaborative partner, embracing feedback and driving impact together. Creative Problem Solver: You bring curiosity and resourcefulness to challenges, turning setbacks into opportunities through testing, iteration, and fresh ideas.
