TLNT1_CH Deine Aufgaben sind Event Managerin bei der Planung und Organisation von Anlässen von A-Z unterstützen Seminar- und Bankettanfragen bearbeiten Offerten ausarbeiten, Bestätigungen ausstellen und Korrespondenz erledigen Seminare und Bankette vor Ort betreuen Rechnungen erstellen Verantwortung für die Eventreservierungen und für unser einmaliges Angebot Spa & The City Seminar & Bankettdokumentationen erstellen sowie Menu-Karten und Beschriftungen für Anlässe erstellen Du bringst mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachmann/frau EFZ, Köchin/Koch EFZ, Hotelkommunikationsfachfrau/mann EFZ Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse Wir bieten Dir Einen lebendigen Arbeitsplatz Gratis Fahrt auf 2 erlebnisreiche Berggipfel sowie kostenlose Schifffahrt auf dem tiefblauen Vierwaldstättersee 30% Kostenbeteiligung beim Kauf eines Sportabonnements Probeschlafen inklusive Abendessen für zwei Personen im Art Deco Hotel Montana Friends & Family Rate Vergünstigungen in diversen Fachgeschäften in Luzern Weitere Benefits
