Junior Retail Business Coordinator

In the course of your responsible role, you will work within the Retail Services Operations & IT business unit and act as a link between the point of sale and headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for users of the POS and merchandise management system, as well as for operational inquiries relating to day-to-day business at our sales locations. You will also support the team in exciting projects relating to process optimization and the further development of systems and processes in the retail sector and advise the retail departments on the evaluation and introduction of new technologies. The organization and implementation of user training courses round off your exciting and varied area of responsibility.
