Afin d’assurer une croissance saine, stable et de renforcer notre équipe pour notre bureau à Lausanne, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst – Technical . Vos responsabilités : Analyse des demandes des clients internes ou externes, définition des besoins et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles Produire et maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle du produit Produire et maintenir la documentation des paramètres Dans le cadre de l’élaboration du plan de projet, contribuer en fournissant des estimations de la charge de travail Effectuer des tests d’acceptation de projet sur les fonctionnalités développées Contribuer à la réalisation des projets confiés Accompagner les clients tout au long des phases de projets (tests, présentations …) Configurer les environnements clients en fonction de leur contexte et de leurs demandes Organiser les workshops du projet Notre objectif ? Vous accompagner et vous faire monter en compétences afin de vous rendre opérationnel(le) et autonome dans la fonction de Business Analyst – Technical en particulier dans le secteur bancaire. Required profile. Profil recherché ? Poste ouvert aux personnes frontalières 2 jours de télétravail possibles Certification CAPM de PMI ou équivalent Expérience d’analyse business dans le contexte d’applications et d’intégration entre application Connaissances des produits et opérations bancaires de la Banque Privée un atout Maîtrise du pack Office, Visio Connaissance de Microsoft CRM, Netreveal, Evooq un atout Connaissances de la sécurité informatique et du chiffrement de données un plus Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais Plus que ton diplôme ou ton expérience professionnelle, c’est ton état d’esprit qui compte le plus pour rejoindre Taleo.
