Company Description Nexthink is the leader in digital employee experience management software. The company provides IT leaders with unprecedented insight allowing them to see, diagnose and fix issues at scale impacting employees anywhere, with any application or network, before employees notice the issue. As the first solution to allow IT to progress from reactive problem solving to proactive optimization, Nexthink enables its more than 1,200 customers to provide better digital experiences to more than 15 million employees. Dual headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts, Nexthink has 9 offices worldwide. #LI-Hybrid Job Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform group. This role will focus initially on Access Rights Management (ARM) — a critical foundation for Nexthink's evolution: today, the platform is primarily used by IT specialists and managers, but tomorrow, with AI at its core, every employee will be able to interact with Nexthink through AI agents. This shift demands a more advanced Access Rights Management system — one that ensures secure, scalable, and seamless role management across the entire organization. This role is therefore essential to enabling Nexthink's transition into an AI-first platform and unlocking its full potential for every user. As ARM naturally touches multiple areas of the platform, you will also play a role in ensuring smooth collaboration with adjacent domains, such as Content Management, Integrations, and AI initiatives. Your responsibility is not to own these domains but to sharpen the scope of ARM and ensure it integrates seamlessly, so other product areas can deliver value faster and with confidence. You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker with strong analytical skills, comfortable with complex platform topics, and equally able to represent customer needs. You'll work closely with engineering, CSMs, and customers to define outcomes, map dependencies, and deliver scalable, trusted capabilities. What You'll Do Own and broaden Access Rights Management (ARM): Deliver a scalable and secure platform for roles, permissions, and identity that supports thousands of end users beyond IT administrators. Enable future AI-driven use cases: Ensure ARM and related identity capabilities provide the right foundations (APIs, governance, data handling) to power the next generation of Nexthink experiences. Engage with customers and stakeholders: Act as the product owner for ARM, ensuring roadmap clarity, alignment, and trust across engineering, CSMs, and enterprise customers. Collaborate across platform scopes: Work closely with adjacent areas such as Content Management, APIs, and Data to ensure ARM's design and roadmap integrate effectively. Connect the dots: Identify dependencies, map boundaries, and make complex technical topics actionable for engineering and comprehensible for customers. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms. Technical acumen: Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, identity providers, RBAC concepts, and platform-scale challenges. Systems thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, define scalable solutions, and connect technical trade-offs to business value. Customer-facing skills: Proven ability to engage credibly with enterprise IT teams, translating complex concepts into clear outcomes for customers. Communication: Clear, concise, and structured communicator, able to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives. Language skills: Professional-level English, spoken and written. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, and adaptable; a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and learns new technical domains quickly. Collaboration: Passionate about solving challenging problems in a constructive, cross-functional, and global team setting. Nice to have Prior experience with identity providers, RBAC systems, or content management solutions. Experience defining and using metrics/KPIs to guide platform evolution or troubleshooting capabilities.
