You, as a talent, are needed to grow our business which started up from three founders with proven track-records in AI consulting and scaled AI implementations.  For our powerful team, we are looking for a Swiss based AI Engineer / Consultant to develop and deliver innovative AI solutions for our customers in the German- and French-speaking regions of Switzerland. Your mission Design, implement, and deploy pragmatic AI solutions using state-of-the-art technologies, tailored to client needs and habits, to solve pressing business problems Leverage AI solutions and client data to drive real-world impact and address critical business challenges Work in high-performing, agile teams and play an active role throughout the project life cycle - from contributing to project proposals to designing and deploying solutions, as well as supporting business development activities Build strong relationships with stakeholders across clients, partners and internal teams Contribute to Artifact’s growth by developing assets and driving initiatives that support the company’s success What you can expect Work on real-world projects with Swiss clients, using the latest AI technologies and software Get started right away by working on client projects starting your first months at Artifact As an AI Engineer / Consultant, you will play a key role in technical consulting and implementation, particularly on external client projects. We help our business clients from any sectors and any size, to accelerate their journey with AI and deliver real impact.  Your profile Experience in (Gen)AI and Data Science work with a deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts, including Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision Fluency in Python, along with experience in Git, SQL, DevOps and MLOps Familiarity with analytics libraries, visualization tools and Big Data frameworks, e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark First experience in designing and scaling (Gen)AI solutions in production on cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP), with exposure to Docker, APIs, backend/frontend development, and microservices architectures Excellent written and oral communication (English and German or French is a must ) Enjoying communication and building relationships with clients and teams is a plus Willingness to travel in Switzerland and available work permit in Switzerland You intend to start your new job  at Artifact within the next 3 months from your point of application Additional preferred qualification: Experience in consulting Experience in frontend engineering e.g. React Experience as a full stack engineer is a plus You’re the ideal candidate if you’re: Ready to move out of your comfort zone Willing to keep learning, and to stay up to date in the fast-moving field of AI Open-minded and eager to learn with people with different expertise
