Who you are: You have a strong background across a broad range of areas within IT  You are passionate about technology, and building scalable, modern solutions  You have a strong belief in the power of automation and actively seek opportunities to implement it  You value open communication, constructive feedback, and the opportunities to learn as well as to teach  Your tasks & responsibilities: Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of all aspects of our IT infrastructure  Provide technical support to users and systems in our company  Perform identity and access management via Entra ID  Process onboarding and offboarding of employees and equipment, in person and remotely  Manage, Maintain and support all IT equipment and hardware       Actively monitor and respond to security incidents  Create technical documentation and step-by-step procedures for end-users  What you bring: Management of the full Microsoft 365 stack   In depth knowledge of Entra ID      - Security / M365 Group management- Multi-Factor Authentication - Conditional Access Policies - Enterprise Application registration & configuration - SSO implementation (SAML / OIDC)  Microsoft 365 Licence Management - Group based licencing  Networking knowledge (DHCP / DNS / VLAN / VPN)  Endpoint Management using Microsoft Intune for both Windows and MacOS devices- Autopilot (Device Preparation Policy) - Platform SSO configuration on MacOS devices - Application management, packaging and deployment Automation via MS Graph & PowerShell  Security Management via Defender for Business  Writing technical documentation and instructions  Backup & Disaster Recovery processes  Proficiency in English. You must feel comfortable to work fully in an English speaking environment.
