Senior Consultant – Turnaround and Restructuring Services

Job description Location: ZurichWork Pattern Percentage : 80-100%Help our clients to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their companies Join our Turnaround and Restructuring Services team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses. Collaborate closely with Deloitte experts from legal, tax and regulatory services to bring tailored solutions to our clients. We are dedicated to nurturing and expanding your skills from day one, ensuring you stay at the forefront of this dynamic landscape.How you can make an impact Support our dedicated core team to 'own' our clients’ challenges and to meet their needs with practical hands-on solutions. These include e.g. performance improvement and strategic option analyses for shareholders (sell/restructure) Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and develop insights. Draft input to client reports (e.g. status updates, restructuring options) and prepare financial analyses e.g. to shareholders, financing institutions or regulators Help our team project manage timelines, cost, resources and deliverables and be responsible for tracking Support the growth of our Turnaround and Restructuring offering by contributing to our business development activities and quality/risk procedures Share your ideas, enthusiasm, and investigative insights to drive our projects forward and own your own deliverables Who We Are Looking For You are a curious generalist with a strong ability to listen and to explain complex matters in a relatable and understandable way. You enjoy orchestrating the path to a solution with many different contributors and working out practical solutions You have a good understanding of financial statements, are confident in working in power point and excel to generate meaningful insights aimed at enabling decision-making in high-pressure environments You are open-minded to join our journey to reshape how we work – AI is part of how we get things done You have the following qualifications: Master’s degree or close to completion of an advanced academic programme with special focus on finance, banking, business administration, accounting, economics or law 1+ years’ work experience in an area like strategy, transformation, transaction services, management consulting or similar (at consultant level); Fluency in German and English with knowledge of financial terminology and lingo. Other languages are a plus.
