Job Details As Store Manager of Zara Home Zurich, you are responsible for the overall performance of the store. Acting as a true entrepreneur of your point of sale, you drive commercial activity, lead teams, and ensure visual excellence and a premium customer experience, in full compliance with Zara Home and Inditex standards.Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership & PerformanceDrive sales growth and achieve commercial targetsAnalyze KPIs and implement action plansOptimize stock management and merchandise flowEnsure alignment between commercial performance and product presentationVisual Merchandising Ensure the implementation and compliance with Zara Home VM standardsLead the installation of collections and seasonal changesGuarantee an inspiring, consistent, and sales-driven product presentationTrain and develop teams on VM fundamentalsWork closely with Visual Merchandiser teams and the Area Manager to adapt guidelines to the local marketManagement & Leadership Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing teamRecruit, train, and support talent developmentOrganize schedules while optimizing productivityCreate a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented work environmentCustomer Experience Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the Zara Home universeBe present on the shop floor and lead by exampleHandle customer complaints professionally with a solution-oriented approachDrive customer loyalty and satisfactionOperational Management Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and local regulationsGuarantee the overall store standards (organization, cleanliness, and presentation)Oversee inventories and loss preventionWork closely with the Area Manager and support teamsProfile Required Proven experience as a Store Manager in retailStrong product sensitivity and aesthetic awareness (home & décor environment)Natural leadership skills with the ability to engage and unite teamsExcellent analytical skills with a strong business mindsetHigh level of autonomy, reactivity, and ability to manage prioritiesVery good command of German and EnglishFlexible availability (weekends and peak activity periods)
