Mortgage Operations Analyst (Part Time) ____________________________________________________________ Location:  Zurich Type:  Part-time - 80% work week. Vertical: Financial Markets _______________________________________________________________________ Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Operations Analyst to join our Mortgage Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of mortgage loans through to closing. This role requires in-depth knowledge of CH mortgage operations processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Review and process approved mortgage loan applications (new and refinanced) through to closure.  Coordinate and communicate with client relationship managers, notaries, land registries and borrowers to collect the required documentation and close the mortgage.  Prepare offer letters and contractual documents (in German)  Review and explain terms to clients, before securing client signatures  Coordinate with Notaries to register mortgage liens and prepare for disbursement and property
