MISSION The Commercial Operations Lead will oversee the Mints/Minting Operations team, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient end-to-end precious metals operations — from client onboarding, contracting, coordination with production/sales team, product development, through to delivery, and settlement. This hands-on leadership role combines operational excellence with strong client relationship management, driving premium service delivery and cross-department alignment, and continuous process improvement across all commercial and production-related activities.MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of three to ensure high-quality execution and exceptional client service.
