We offer our customers a comprehensive range of services related to the purchase, storage, and sale of precious metals.To strengthen our team in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join us as soon as possible. Your tasks include: Active support and advice for private and high net worth clients (UHNWI, UVtWt), institutional investors, banks, and corporate clients Advice on storage solutions, in particular secure storage, duty-free warehouses, and customer safe deposit boxes Compliance with legal requirements and implementation of money laundering checks within the framework of compliance guidelines Identification and development of new customer potential as well as active acquisition and sustainable maintenance of business relationships Representation of Degussa at customer events, trade fairs, and industry committees Participation in internal and external events for customer loyalty and brand awareness  Your profile Successfully completed degree in economics or finance or comparable training Several years of professional experience in sales, relationship management, or private banking, ideally with a focus on precious metals trading Strong understanding of financial markets and precious metal prices  Very good knowledge of the implementation and application of compliance, money laundering prevention, and regulatory requirements Confident manner, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills at the highest level Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of self-motivation, and passionate about active customer engagement Impeccable background and credit record Excellent command of French and English; fluency in German is an advantage What we offer At Degussa, you'll experience the stability and security of a traditional company, combined with the dynamic of a modern employer.
