Mission & Tâches générales :

  • Gestion d'un portefeuille client et leurs projets PLV - display - animation vitrine - packaging ;
  • Développer et gérer des projets d'un point de vue technique, administratif et financier ;
  • Coordonner le projet, de l'étude à la réalisation de celui-ci (achats, sous-traitance, tests et la livraison aux clients) ;
  • Établir des chiffrages, des pré-études de faisabilité ainsi que des offres d'achats et de sous-traitance éventuelle ;
  • Éditer les standard qualité, scanner et archiver sur le serveur les différents documents ;
  • Acteur déterminant dans la relation avec les clients et nos fournisseurs, votre activité se fera essentiellement au bureau de la société mais vous pourrez être amené à vous déplacer en Europe, en Chine pour voir vos clients, vérifier vos productions, rencontrer des prospects ainsi que des partenaires.

Compétences requises :

  • Connaissance technique dans la PLV, métal, l'injection plastique ; menuiserie ; autres ;
  • Aisance administrative (rédaction, calculation, etc)
  • Capacité à lire et expliquer un plan technique ;
  • Savoir planifier, prioriser, résoudre des situations compliquées et négocier tout en faisant avancer un projet ;
  • Savoir travailler indépendamment ;
  • Pouvoir supporter le travail sous pression (délai, etc.) ;
  • Flexibilité pour voyager en Europe, en Chine en fonction des besoins ;
  • Être orienté solution ;
  • Savoir s'adapter aux exigences des clients, des fournisseurs et des circonstances ;
  • Contrôler la conformité des données de manière très précise, réagir face à des données peu claires, des risques d'erreurs.
  • Savoir utiliser un ERP (Pro-Concept serait un plus) ainsi que les outils MS Office ;
  • Bonnes connaissances, à l'oral et à l'écrit, en français et en anglais.
  • Bonne communication et présentation soignée

Taux d'activité : 80%-100%
Degré de formation minimum : CFC employé de commerce ou diplôme équivalent
Expérience : 5 ans minimum dans le domaine de la PLV ou Packaging
