Your responsibility Analyze and evaluate complex cyber risks, including special cases requiring approval Prepare comprehensive risk reports with actionable recommendations Provide guidance and support for the development and standardization of cyber insurance products Advise on reinsurance strategies and support the structuring and placement of tailored reinsurance solutions Monitor market trends to inform product optimization and drive innovation Assist in evaluating partnerships with external cybersecurity and service providers Design and implement training programs and workshops for cyber underwriters, including coaching and technical support Analyze and enhance business processes and tools to improve efficiency and synergy Your qualification You preferably hold a university degree in insurance, technology, or business administration Several years of experience in cyber insurance underwriting and/or product management Demonstrated expertise in project management and effective cross-functional collaboration You are an analytical and structured thinker with a confident presence with strong communication abilities You are passionate about insurance and innovation in cyber risk High proficiency in English and German is required; proficiency in other European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) is a plus Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe What we offer Flex Office enables people to work independently of time and place Staff restaurants at our main locations Above-average retirement provision benefits Attractive staff discounts and stock programmes Buy yourself extra vacation days FlexOffice: Work independent of location and time Flex Office enables people to work independently of time and place Employee restaurant Staff restaurants at our main locations Retirement plan Above-average retirement provision benefits Attractive benefits Attractive staff discounts and stock programmes Promotion of public transport Holiday purchase Buy yourself extra vacation days
