Job Details As Deputy Manager at Zara Home Zurich, you will be the right-hand person to the Store Manager. You will play an active role in the day-to-day management of the store, commercial management, team coordination and ensuring the brand image is upheld.JOB DESCRIPTION MAIN REPONSABILITIES Commercial and operational management • Participating in the overall management of the store (sales, stock, merchandising, day-to-day operations).• Monitoring and analysing commercial indicators and implementing actions to achieve objectives.• Ensuring the store is visually appealing in accordance with Zara Home standards.• Ensuring efficient management of deliveries, stock and reserves (control, organisation, inventories).• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures (security, hygiene, store opening/closing).Team management • Supervise, motivate and support the sales team on a daily basis.• Participate in the training and development of employees.• Organise work and plan schedules according to store activity.• Support the Store Manager in communicating objectives and managing performance.Customer service and brand image • Ensure an exemplary customer experience consistent with Zara Home's values.• Handle complex situations or complaints professionally.• Be a role model for the entire team in terms of behaviour and attitude. PROFILE • Proven experience in retail, ideally in the world of decoration, fashion or lifestyle.• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management position.• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of performance indicators.• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.• Team player, exemplary, positive and results-oriented.• Strong customer service skills and passion for the Zara Home universe.• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and adapt to the unexpected.• Organised, rigorous and autonomous.• Flexible
