Aufgaben Beratung und Umsetzung von spannenden Data Science & AI Kundenprojekten Entwicklung praxisnaher Machine Learning- und GenAI-Lösungen Aufbau und Deployment von Algorithmen und Modellen in der Cloud Datenanalyse und Übersetzung in businessrelevante Insights Gestaltung von Prozessen und Pipelines, um Modelle produktiv nutzbar zu machen Arbeit mit Cloud-Technologien wie Azure, AWS oder GCP Weiterbildung und Wissensaustausch im Team zu neuen Trends & Methoden Mitarbeit in einem innovativen, dynamischen Umfeld mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum Anforderungen Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und SQL Erfahrung in Software Engineering-Praktiken (OOP, Tests, Git, Packaging, Code Reviews) Praxis in der Umsetzung von Cloud-Projekten (Azure bevorzugt) oder hohe Lernbereitschaft Wissen oder Interesse an GenAI, LLMs und Azure AI Services Erfahrung in MLOps / CI/CD und dem Deployment produktiver Lösungen Praxis im Aufbau von ML-Pipelines und End-to-End Projekten Erfahrung mit Tools wie MLflow, ML Studio oder Git Kenntnisse in Snowflake und/oder Databricks für datengetriebene Projekte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie analytisches Denkvermögen Sprachen Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch
